Rental terms:

The price for renting the home is according to the season and will be paid per day regardless of how many people staying there (max 8 people). The rate includes: use of linen, towels, kitchen towels, electricity, and water, but not heating of the pool.

Payment:

You can reserve the home for a period of 7 days. Within this period a deposit of 15 % of the total rent must be paid. The remaining total must be paid 1 month before the rental period starts. Deposit will not be refunded in case of cancellation.

Cleaning and Insurance:

Per booking we collect a fee of $300 covering departure cleaning, garbage collection at departure, and an insurance for any damages to inventory up to $ 1000.
