We’ve compiled some of the details that are important to you when you rent our cottage. We recommend that you read these paragraphs before you order. Click on the boxes below to learn more.

About your stay
  • Lowery´s is our local company that takes care of our home in Florida. Contact information will be in your reservation details
  • You are free to choose any day you want to arrive
  • You are free to choose choose how many nights you want to stay
  • Check in time is 4 pm. (unless otherwise arranged)
  • Check out time is 11 am. (unless otherwise arranged)
  • You will receive an e-mail with reservation details
Cleaning, garbage collection, and insurance

Per booking we collect a fee of $250 covering departure cleaning, garbage collection at departure, and an insurance for any damages to inventory up to $ 1000.

  • If you require an additional cleaning of the house during your stay, please contact Lowery´s. Payment is done locally.
  • Extra cleaning costs $110.
Cancellation Charges

    The Guest may cancel the booking at any time, but will be subject to cancellation charges:

  • Less than 30 days prior to arrival –100% of total rental charge
  • If we succed to rent the home out again in the same period we will refund the days for the new booking.
What should I do if any problems arise during my stay?

If you have any problems at all with the home during the vacation please, don´t hesitate to contact Lowery´s (our management company).

Smoking and pets
  • Animals and pets are not allowed in any area of the Villa.
  • SMOKING IS PROHIBITED in the home. We kindly ask that our guests would smoke outside on the patio or on the balcony.
Pool heat

If you require pool heat (heater on 12 hours per day – thermostat set to 81 Fahrenheit) cost is $25 per day. In a very cold winter we cannot promise that the temperature will reach 81 Fahrenheit.
